English Organ Music of the 18th and early 19th century. A talk and demonstration by Andrew Reid (Peterborough Cathedral) on the newly restored 1819 Thomas Elliot organ at Crick Parish Church at 3pm
Saturday 10th July Members’ Recital. 7.00pm concert performed by members of the Association at Brixworth Parish Church

Monday 30th August Bank Holiday Organ Crawl. Visits to organs in Northampton 10.30am St. Andrew’s Hospital Chapel in the grounds off Billing Road - Fr.Willis 12.15pm St Gregory’s, Park Avenue North - Gern 3.00pm St Benedicts, Hunsbury Hill Road, West Hunsbury - Tickell (including pub lunch)
Saturday 2nd October I.A.O. Midlands Organ Day, Derby. Booking forms and further details TBA.

Wednesday 27th October
President’s Dinner with guest speaker Dr. Alan Thurlow - I.A.O. President 7pm at The George, Northampton Road, Brixworth.
Saturday 13th November 86th Annual General Meeting at St. Mary’s Church Higham Ferrers, 3.00pm followed by Choral Evensong and a chance to play the organ.

 



The London Organ Day (March) and the Annual Congress (July) are organised by the Incorporated Association of Organists (IAO) to which the Northampton and District Association is affiliated.
